CIVILIAN Hotel

Location excellent, views excellent, cleanliness excellent, staff excellent. Its a stylish hotel just close enough to all the action. I would return again but theres a but please see what I didnt like just for your information and consideration when selecting this property/room size

The hotel is in a relatively calm area and within walking distance of Times Square. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean but a little cramped. The hotel has a very pleasant bar and also a rooftop with a beautiful urban view

Ideal location just a short walk from Times Square but far enough away to avoid all the noise etc. Comfortable bed, clean room and very friendly staff. The Starchild bar is lovely and worth a visit for the great views. The decor throughout is to a high standard and the addition of access to hydration stations in the corridors is handy. There was a slight issue at check out and we were charged for an upgrade which we never actually received confirmation of getting, the member of staff at the desk did adjust the cost accordingly so we had less to pay than the initial $300 they were looking for when shown emails however this did cause some confusion at the end of our trip.

Great location near subway, Penn Station, Times Square and theaters on Broadway. Lots of restaurants and stores near hotel. The view from the twin room on 21st floor is A M A Z I N G. Steamer available in room is a big plus. Amazing and helpful stuff. Communication via WhatsApp is convenient.

I really liked the location of the hotel, and the views were amazing. You could also see that the staff made a genuine effort to be helpful.
